With the exception of the clubhouse the entire property has a roof! We will have the roof on the clubhouse in the next few weeks and will be finishing up our parking and drive lanes as well. Contact us for details about Solea Cedar Park and we hope to see you soon.

The teams are working on framing all four floors of the buildings. The area of the building that you can see with the concrete foundation will be our beautiful clubhouse, with over 10,000 square feet on two floors.

If you look closely, you can see our floor plan layouts. No, those concrete columns are not chimneys. Those, my friends are our 4 elevator shafts.

It may not look like much but we have poured all but one foundation for our new active adult community and will start framing soon. We will try to post updates weekly so you can watch the community become a reality.
